Thanks... maybe I am not reading the tracking page correctly... It left customs 20 hrs after they inspected it... now It's taking a couple of days to go to south Texas.

If the Radeon R9 290X doesn't fix my crashing issues, I will need a new motherboard, likely the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7, and a copy of Windows 8.1. Can I get a price check on that? I won't be buying this until about March, however.

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7 is discontinued here.

OS software is quiet expensive here, so if you still wanted to know, its around $160 FULL RETAIL BOX VERSION

I *just* got the delivery.... signature required. Nice!  In the middle of breakfast (almost 10:00am here) so I will post pics later.

The packaging was just the two card boxes put together and wrapped with non-stick plastic, then that was wrapped with clear tape, which was then wrapped with bird tape.  I am very pleased in the condition they arrived.
