is there any chance You could get info on how much would shipping of 4 cards cost to Montenegro, Europe? Also if I order motherboard, memory, HD, does it all count as single $75 or..?

I've just received my AntMiner S1 from culexevilman and all I can say is that everything went smooth.
I paid without any escrow and I was kind of worried, but he is great.
He ships to Europe and marks items as low value, so you will be able to save something from paying VAT.
I recommend him.
