How do I go about looking for developers who are willing to volunteer for a project? The project needing volunteers is for an already existing coin which is listed on exchanges. There is a monetary incentive to joining and I could give more details in private. Also we currently have developers but need more to gain the momentum we need to stay to our timeline. We've also done extensive dev work with our wallet development which is near completion.

Roles to fill: Full stack blockchain developers & lead
Stack wise: c, c++, python, golang, erlang, solidity, using Pivotal Tracker and firm understanding of various distributed consensus methodologies.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
