vorrei minare protoshares,
installato yam-yvg1900-M7i-linux64-barcelona su server con seguenti caratteristiche:

i7 920 8core
8gb ram

sto minando in pool ypool.net,
avviato yam con i seguenti parametri:

./yam -t 0 -M xpt2h://user.num:password@ypool.net:10034:8080:8081:8082:8083:8084:8085:8086:8087/pts

questo client per minare visto la macchina va bene? (è quello dedicato di ypool) o meglio installare altro..

Per favore consigli..

Se l'hai lanciato con l'opzione threads = 0 nel file .cfg e' normale perche' sta facendo autotuning

A occhio l'hai appena lanciato perche' sei su AV=1

Alternera' Zeri a numeri reali

Lascialo andare con calma che finisca tutto l'autotuning ( arriva ad AV=32 ) ; quando avra' finito , selezionerà automaticamente

l'algo migliore , te lo segni e poi lo sostituisci in mining-params = pts:av=0&m=512 mettendo il valore al posto dello Zero , e metti in threads = -> il numero dei core o dei threads della cpu

messo come parametro
-t 8
e ram 1024

faccio ripartire ma resta sempre a 0 i vari valori e trova blocchi..

Ma se non hai finito autotuning , come fai a sapere qual'e' l'algo corretto da sostituire al posto dello zero qui ?

mining-params = pts:av= -> 0     &m=1024

per esattezza la versione linux64-generic-2048M

lascio andare anche dopo 30/40 minuti

Non dargli l'opzione - t ma -F 0 , vedi se tutto parte senza errori e se arriva alla fine delle variazioni di algo

guardato su un altro post e cambiato client alla versione
yam-yvg1900-M7i-linux64-nehalem

adesso impostato come valore -t 8 per gli 8 core e partito a 512 se non ricordo male..

./yam -M xpt2h://user.0:pass@mining.ypool.net:10034:8080:8081:8082:8083:8084:8085:8086:8087/pts -t 8 -P pts:av=0&m=1024

anche se impostato m= 1024 ho visto lo screen impostato a 512 strano..
