New US based Dogecoin pool: https://doge.hashpersec.com/
(1/5/2014) Update: The pool has been updated to use the new 1.4 chain.
(1/2/2014) We have found our first block! Thanks to all who came over and mined for even a little bit! It looks like everyone got paid, even those with a few shares. I do have the minimal payout set to 1000 coins, but if you have less than that and need to withdrawal, let me know.
Currently in Beta, we are now accepting new miners. We offer 0% fees during the launch period, with reduced lifetime fees for users who sign up and mine during the launch period.
We will be limiting users initially to make sure everything is working and to gauge overall pool performance.
Initial roll-out and user load plans are:
Days 1 - 3: Internal testing, private mining - completed
Days 4 - 7: Initial public invitations (this thread) - limit of 15-25 new accounts (based upon performance) - CURRENTLY OPEN
Days 8 - 14: Additional invitations (will be posted) - limit of 50-100 new accounts (again based upon performance)
Days 14+ : Additional users allowed to register based upon pool performance.
Update: In an attempt to attract more miners we will offer:
The first 15 new user registrations to the pool that add a worker and begin mining will get 250 dogecoins if you post your pool username/wallet address in this thread.
The first 15 new users that signup and hash for 24 hours will receive a 2500 dogecoin bonus.
Note: SSL on the website will be enabled as soon as our certificate authority issues our certificate. They have been down for maintenance, so I am hoping we will receive it and have it enabled and working on the website by tomorrow (1/2/2014). UPDATE: Completed

We are trying to develop a fast, stable pool, mainly for US based miners that is reliable and dependable. Because of this, we are looking for Beta participants who also are looking for a long-term home and are willing to put up with startup growing pains, as well as provide constructive feedback.
We are deliberately choosing NOT to go the route of spam our site everywhere, grow the pool too fast too soon, and have outages, mad users, missing coins, etc. which is all too common with many new pools out there today. This coupled with the fact that we want to grow slow and work out the bugs before allowing more users into the pool will mean slower pool hashing and temporarily reduced payouts versus other pools in the short-term. Long-term we plan to have a superior pool for our dedicated users which will deliver above average payouts due to reduced downtimes and instability.
What all this means, is we need Beta testers who are willing to stick it out and provide constructive feedback. Of course this does not mean you cannot simply leave at any time, which of course you are free to do. It is just a heads-up on what type of miner we are looking for.
Also, it would be preferable, though not a requirement, if you have multiple rigs so you can dedicate one this way for a period of time without feeling like you are being short-changed by not mining on another pool.
Users with one or two rigs would probably be happier at another pool until we are more established.
If you are still interested after all of this, please respond in this thread or PM me with your planned username for the pool, so that I can set your account up for 0% Beta fees and reduced lifetime fees.
Thanks for your interest and hope to see you mining soon!
