http://draw3cards.wordpress.com/2011/08/26/we-need-your-help-looking-for-co-foundersco-owners/I am the owner of
Draw3Cards.com, a small Q&A site with 1500 daily pageviews. I am looking for more partners / investors as a means to help keep the site alive and grow it, and thought about possibly managing ownership via GLBSE.
I might also take this opportunity to check if there is any demand to buy small amounts of Draw3Cards shares as an investment. Currently, the site makes about $40 per month (a tiny amount, I admit). I don't know how appealing it is as an investment, but I would like to issue shares with GLBSE regardless, as a means to include co-founders in the site.
So ... my question is - what ia good wording to use when I issue the GLBSE contract? I saw some
similar contracts, these mention the dividend payment schedule. Is this a good idea? Currently dividends are too low to be paid out effectively, and besides this might change in the future, and I'm not sure it should be part of the contract.
Any other thoughts on what should or should not be mentioned in the contract?
