If you had $10,000 today to invest in crypto, what coins, or tokens would you buy? Please keep it percentage based.

20% BTC

25% XEM

35% XMR

20% SUB

I can say that your chosen coins are good enough and can deliver both in short and log span of time, if I have that money I guess I'll add some waves and neo as I see also some great future coming from those progressing alts project, I'll give both around 10% sharing it with sub and xmr, diversify and creating more options are really needed when you start planning for your holdings, better to learn each aspect that will lead you to gain more edge and lessen the risk of your investment.

I will put the most part of it bitcoin  because I do believe that the price of bitcoin will increase highly at the future. Will use the small part of it for investing in ICO project.

Think also about exchanges coins like bnb or huobi coin. BNB is beeing burried every quarter (deflation character). Its second biggest exchanges which is planning to be decetralized (higher demand - higher prices). It is usefull coin (reduces fees). Current price is quite pumped but after small dump it could be great long term investment.

Im not so sure about etherum. There is neo and others trying to overtake it. Remeber etherum is not finished project jet. It still need its code to be corrected.

If I had $10,000 today to invest in crypto,I will check price of every coins with the past.I don't want to take risk being a beginner.I will inverse that 10000$ in bitcoin.If the price of bitcoin increase 1000$,I will get that entire 1000$ as a profit.Because the price is less than 10k$,I will get more than 1 bitcoin.

I'd put it all into BTC or maybe 90% BTC and 10% ETH, as ETH is one of those coins that are likely to go their own way, have a lot of forks and drift away from BTC.
Why I would ignore the huge altcoin world and just put it all into BTC? Because they are all tightly connected. If BTC drops in value to extreme lows, the whole altcoin market will do the same. You can earn more on altcoins than BTC, but if it all goes to hell it won't matter which coin you chose.

If we do go for long term then this would be the ideal thing to do because this top 1 and 2 coins would really somehow give you assurance that this coins will really bloom out even more in the future which would possible the adoption will increase but there are really people who dont like up to wait but rather choosing up to make active trades into some various altcoins in the market.If you are always planning to get rich on trading or investing then you must still pass lots of experience and problems.

if I have $ 10k then I will use it into two parts, trading and investing into ICO. I think 50% in trade to hold ethereum and neo in the long run. and the rest I will invest into ICO that has good potential and a good team too.

If I were you, I will diversify my capital in ICOs. It can give greater return than those coins which are already in the market. But it also possesses greater risks. Just make your research first on a certain ICO and read their whitepaper. Gems are usually in the ICO.

I put 50% into Btc to reduce the risk of investing,I would suggest it to any one.
Then 35% Eth , Because it's the main platform for many ICOs.
The rest is personal , everyone has an idea , But i would not suggest you buy more than 4 coins with the rest 25% because the power of your money reduce as you slice it into pieces , besides when the capital is big you don't need to seek for bigger percentages and increase the risk of your trading .

If I had $10,000 I'd probably invest more in bitcoin than any other digital coin. So basically my portfolio would look around like this:

BTC - 40%

XEM - 20%

SC - 20%

Ethereum - 20%

For now that is what my portfolio would like but I am having second thoughts on Ethereum if I am going to increase it to around 25% and SC would be 15% instead.

If I have that funds to start trading, I rather invest the almost 50 percent of it into bitcoins and the other 50  in altcoins, maybe 3-5 altcoins i will choose. Don't always rely on bitcoin or on a single altcoin only because it can cause you a losses in your funds if your coins has dump out. That's why it is better to have a reserved altcoins so that your funds will not loss as fast as it can.
