I'd agree with this. I would argue right now bitcoin does not seem like a risky investment, the general consensus is that bitcoin is not going anywhere and will rise for sure. Fear and risk has to come in to play sometime sooner or later, the noobs will be shaken off and then we'll see significant gains when no one expects it.
