And where can I find those in an exchange like btc-e? But with more of the odd ones.

for exchanges with lot of alt coins you can try cryptsy or https://coinex.pw

ok to use coinmarketcap.com/ for reference but don't think it wouldn't list scam coins... for example mastercoin and useless ripple

You can use cryptsy to buy and sell different alt coins.It's a great site and although sometimes there may be some delays with the deposits and withdrawals,it runs smoothly.A good choice.

If there on most trades then I guess there good. Still watch out for pump and dump coins though.

Ok thank's! Is there a way to find warnings for pump and dump coins?

And how do I find out that for example Mastercoin is "useless"?
