Blockchain.info has a list of so called Strange Transactions: https://blockchain.info/strange-transactions

Can someone explain this?

These transactions look a lot like block reward. No output for 25.xxx BTC which is just block reward + fees.

I believe that these strange transactions are only block rewards as you mentioned, but they are considered strange because one or more of the addresses that the reward is being sent to is invalid as a bitcoin address, so the bitcoin isn't actually being sent anywhere.

addresses that don't check? could be true. Does someone know?

I found that also today, cf https://blockchain.info/strange-transactions

Apparently you can send money to a "dark hole" as well if you send to a random bitcoin adress that is (almost certainlly if you choose it randomly) not owned by anyone

The transactions are considered strange if they contain elements that blockchain.info is not able to decode.
