Don't expect anyone to actually give it. If you really want those coins, mine it, buy it or get it from faucets (althought the Dogecoin faucets pay really little, except for some that at least give >1 DOGE/day).

My suggestion is that you browse the litecoin hardware wiki in order to see what your hardware is capable of.  If you have no hardware, there are some great guides for setting up free cloud mining through amazon ec2.  In fact, there is a free API for dogecoin in the public section that can be found through a little searching.  Good luck and enjoy the wild world of crypto!
