XPM what's going on?

Noticed XPM is up like 30% today.

Anyone know what is going on?

In fact XPM, PPC, and FTC are up big right now all coins at btc-e. Any ideas?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
