Added Sign-on Bonus Promotion

I should be nearing 24hours of mining, but I had some trouble
and had to restart my miner 1-2 times, and I don't know
what my average hashing speed was.
Do you have a way to check it and PM me? Thanks!

Also, are there plans for a European stratum server?
I was geting quite a lot of disconnects yesterday...
