Solo mining wont work :( please help

Check running windows network services in Admin panel.

what to look for exactly? could you explain a bit?

Boot into safe mode
Logon using your Administrator level user
Next, click Start > Type MSCONFIG hit Enter
Go to the SERVICES tab and search for network services.
Make sure that it works and is checked.

Or manually set all network services to automatic.
