Elacoin under valued?

How is it possible that elacoin with a market cap of only 103,667 coinst costs $0,92 while for instance Mastercoin with a market cap of 563,162 goes for $155.90?

I read that there was no premine for elacoin so it does not look like a scam coin. Is this coin crazy undervalued or am I missing something?

sure it had no premine, you can read the history of elc launch at some thread here.
it was nearly abandoned as the dev disappeared soon after launch, but now the community took over the coin and is actively developing.
