I think ban on crypto ads is actually a good thing, because most of those ads belonged to ICO scams, and legit projects like Bitcoin don't need any advertising. All these companies that have banned crypto ads just don't want to be involved in scams, and it's actually their right to decide what ads they place, so people who try to sue those companies over some "lost profits" are wrong. The only problem in this story is that search engines were giving ad space to extremely dangerous phishing sites that mimic crypto wallets and exchanges, leading to big and real loses to some users. I hope these crypto ad bans will not forget to include phishing sites, or else people will have a legit reason to sue those companies.

It's interesting, because all these bans can give the way to some projects working in crypto information/ads space like Bitclave who launched a search engine totally related to crypto field.
