Hi. I'm Peter, CTO of Coinkite.com.

If you haven't heard of us, we're a web wallet plus a bitcoin/litecoin debit card and point of sale terminal (hardware).

We're also using BIPS 32 HD wallets to solve some of the trust problems inherent in web wallets.

Apparently also the first Litecoin web wallet option online.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Can't wait for Bitcoin and Litecoin to become recognized in Norway as an actual currency for in-shop payments etc. At the moment, it seems like most Norwegians are highly skeptical (perhaps with a good reason?) of all crypto currencies, guess it'll change eventually... Nice website though, flat ftw. Smiley

Finally! I guess registration re-open.

It's the bitcoin incentive that makes the "blockchain" technology work, stupid.

The name Coinkite came from a long session of searching .com for short, memorable stuff.

.. and I did know what cheque kiting was at the time.
