Hello everyone!

I just bought some LTC couple week's ago but i decided to mining & trading.

I want to mining a Cryptocoins - No BTC. I readed before about red fury or blue fury but these are to Bitcoin - no cryptocoin's.

Is it possible to get something like this (red/blue fury) for Scrypt?

If i don't give to you guys not enough info. just ask!

Thanks!

The furies are application-specific integrated circuits (ASIC), whose specific application is the Bitcoin proof of work (SHA256). To the best of my knowledge, there are not yet any commercially-available ASICs for the LiteCoin proof of work (Scrypt). Your best bet for mining LTC is a GPU.

I believe block erupters are also asic chips which only works for BTC and other asic coins but not scrypt coins like LTC.

Hmm.... so what do you think about all this? I'm a newbie. I reading all the forum's about mining but anybody can;t tell you what is now the best to do.

I have around 400$ to spend on this - what is the best option to start? I can wait very long to get this money back. I just want to start and after start spending all money to get more stuff...

Block erupters can be the size of an usb stick. You can buy them on ebay for example, just look it up on google.
Think they are about 20 - 30 USD. I dont think they are profitable anymore.
Better buy a graphic card and mine scrypt based currencies.

Not really, You don't need any expensive stuff other than GPU - which I think You should invest most.
And maybe PSU. Yes, definitelly PSU. You dont want to burn all that precious thingies You got there! ^^

i see in my country 1000w of electric is 180$ per hour.

You must have made a mistake there. If not, I suggest you invest in solar panels and sell electricity!!

(Realistic price must be around $0.18 per Kw hour)

No, I dont think so, you can check on any profit calculator out there, just google it.

A R9 Generation Card would be fine for 400 $.
Get a mainboard with pciE or check if yours has it already.
Then a psu with at least 400 w. That would be it for 400 bucks.

So i need only a mainboard with pcie and 400W PSU and of course the best GPU. What about CPU? buy anything?

I have only 400 bucks for everything - not only GPU :-)

Just saying, I have both a redfury usb and a block eruptor blade and I am looking to sell them. To free up room and funds for another videocard rig.

If it is possible just to spend 50% more (save for a little longer) you will get 200% more mining power with a decent GPU - the GPU is EVERYTHING. Good luck!

Hi guys!

I calculated everything and i think a "R9 290, GV-R929D5-4GD-B" will be the best option for me.

What you think about this card? is it good?

Thanks!
