How long do payments take to receive to my worldcoin wallet? All work done over the past 24-72hrs is still not there yet

Also this synchronising with the network, is downloading a lot of blocks at a very slow pace. 59% done.

Any help would be great

Your wallet likely hasn't downloaded the blocks containing your payments yet. Once the blockchain is fully sync'd your coins should appear!

It depends on the fees you put on the transaction and also if you don't want to download the block chain you can try electrum or an online wallet. Good luck sir.
