hi people

i want to get equipment for mining.
not bitcoins, not litcoins (well , maybe litcoins  Wink ).
mainly new coins at their starting days. like doge coin was, and earthcoin and other alt coins.

i own a macbook, and i understand its not the best for mining.

what computer i need in order to mine with good speed and volume.

can you recommend a good and efficient mining rig so i can mine ?

not the most expensive but not the cheapest , a good and reliable that will be used only for mining.

and also.. is it worth while? do you people really make money (not few dollars) from mining?
thanks!

im thinking of a 1000$ budget.

thanks.
get 3X 5850 or 5870 Used cards for about $100/each and you have a 1,2mhs system ready for about $500!
or if you have a bit over $1k budget get 3X r9 280x cards +1000w psu and thats 2.2mhs system ready.

is 2.2 mhs system also good for litcoins and even bitcoins?

are there any coins i cant mine with that?

does it takes a lot of electric?

and bottom line. is it worth it?

lets say doge coin at its starting days, or earthcoin at his starting days.

how much coins per day could i mine with 2.2mhs ?

thanks!

Clearly you have no idea what you even want or seem to understand how things work.
seriously dont risk that kind of money at this stage if you dont know nothing about mining!

get a cheap used 1X 5850/5870 card which you can use on your current pc and learn that way!

Have you tried this

Mining bitcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=14.0

and this

Mining altcoin  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0

and at what point was mining bitcoin profitable, mining only becomes profitable after holding for a while.

So mine early and hold just like all the bitcoin miners
