 hi guys is there a way to set gpu fan speed from Command prompt or an .exe file? im using ATI card

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Look up MSI Afterburner, you can do everything from overclocking to changing fan speeds etc.

not looking for an APP I want to do it from CMD or an .exe File is it possible?

Have you tried using amd overdrive? Comes installed with any ati card with catalyst.
