How much does transaction volume matter when determining the price of a coin?

Is there a website that compares the number and size of transactions across each alt-coin's blockchain?

This would be really useful in determining actual usage of coins.

At the moment it seems to be all about market capitalization which doesn't give a complete picture.

If topsites start also considering transactions pumpers will just send transactions round and round in circles to pump the transaction volume.
