I don't think so. We've just started (hopefully) a recovery phaseafter the downtrend from last week, but I doubt this is going to lead us to 10k in the next two weeks. I believe there's still a bearish sentiment in the market, volume is very low (but i'll give it a few more days to see if it goes up), and we're still missing that something (some news, an event, or huge buying pressure) that can trigger a massive spike in the price this month. I think we'll be around the high 9k's at the end of the month, but I don't think we're going to test 10k.

If you notice that $ 100 will increase the bitcoin price, but it will also be reduced quickly, so I think the bitcoin price is at least $ 8000 this month and it's unlikely we can see the bitcoin reach $ 10000 before the end of this month but we have to pay for the next month that it can go beyond the $ 10000 value. Who knows?  you cant foretell that it wont be able to reach 10k by the end of this month we have 10 days more to go and a lot of things can happened even in a split of a minute. In this crypto industry w3 can never be sure!

Bitcoin is heading for $10,000 by the end of may we may see it trading at that level. Hopefully in august, it need to reach its all time high, 19000 to 20000. Upon all the pressure from government and other financial authorities to make it unpopular, bitcoin is going to survive.

The price is trading in a tight range, it is having a strong support at $8k and a good resistance above $10k and i expect the price to trade like this for some more time as there is no interesting news in the market right now, i thought the consensus this year will have a positive impact on the market but it went the opposite direction, if there is pressure from all the governments around the world it is hard to have a bigger market place and the price might not go as we anticipate now.

It clearly shows that bitcoin has a strong support, holders and adopters as long as it is not dropped below $5,000, we have a big chance to eat those walls through the $10,000 resistance, they are maintaining cheap bitcoins for a while, probably accumulating and bargaining more cryptocurrency to take profit when the bull is coming right after the $10,000 breakthrough, I hope that there would be some fine news about cryptocurrency to hasten the price upwards.

What has Bitcoin being a decentralized currency to do with pumps and dumps? Bitcoin itself might be decentralized, but that's not the case with its market that is being dominated through centralized exchanges.

Sorry, but there are no experts in this market. If you really believe that whatever random fool calling itself an expert knows more than people here, you are just as much a fool. You are your own expert. If you can't even do a basic form of research yourself, then what's the point of believing what others are saying? I am not adverse with your points.Many traders start to hold after the reduction of 9500$,If the people start to hold the bitcoin.Their will be huge rise in the price of bitcoin.Bitcoin is decentralized currency,so anything will happen in a couple of hours.

I would screen out the price variation 2017 and 2018. Derived from coinmarketcap.com

Jan 1 2017 = $972.95
May 20 2017 = $1994.03.

Jan 1 2018 = $13791.60
May 19 2018 = $8254

Aug 19 2017 = 4195

From Many 20th to Aug 19th we can see $2000+ hike. So we can expect $10K in 2 weeks as per current year growth ratio.

I would like you to see the positive growth in percentage compared to last May and current May. Almost $6000 growth is seen.

So, just from here calculate on the growth.

May 20 2017 = $1994.03.
Dec 18 2017 = $18737.60

We can see more than $16000 growth which is 700 percentage in 7 months last year from May 20th 2017 to Dec 18th 2017.

Just calculate if the last year ratio at least works out 500 percent, the bitcoin value in December 2018 would be;

May 19 2018 = $8254

In Dec 2018, the approx value would be $8254*5 = $41270

So as per last year's growth trend, bitcoin value may hit minimum $35 to 40K by Dec 2018. Lets watch what happens.

humm. see that when we were in the $17000 had people who said that we would never see prices of $10,000, see that today we are at $8,000, so I think it's too early to even think it's the last time we see $ 8000 , if the price was $60,000 I would say that we would not see the $8000, but we are at $8000 and it is not increasing

nope, we will see the $10,000 in the end of June or even July, the price is rising slowly and falls a lot whenever it has bad news and as we do not have good news, everything gets more complicated.

If we have more usage of the bitcoin as a currency, then the price could be more if there are more users.

We're not at that stage and probably won't be for another 3 to 5 years with how people are too focused on the speculation aspect of Bitcoin. If more merchants start accepting Bitcoin as payment option we will likely see a bump in the usage as currency, but to really find out it has to happen first. I am very interested in finding out the usage numbers of Bitcoin in Japan when it comes to ecommerce. Bitcoin adoption in Japan has been peaking for months straight, and this is just the beginning. It perfectly shows how tech friendly governments are separating themselves from the rest and are being rewarded for that in GDP growth. I read an article about Japan's tax income from crypto alone, and it would have surpassed $50 billion, which is just crazy.

Even in the past we have not seen the price rallying in consecutive years and that is what i am expecting this year, we might see the price trading in ranges and last year it was a dream period for bitcoin investors and i really doubt whether we will see those market situations in the future, but i am still optimistic about the $40k in a couple of years and by then the scaling situation will have a clear solution.

100$ range in change of price is just normal for bitcoin. We cannot assume that the price has already bottom or it is about to move up. I think we will see more of this price range for a long time. It is still a correction period in my opinion.

Nope, not this month. I believe we won't be reaching 10,000 USD by the end of this month. I think we will only reach as high as 9,000 but the most reasonable price should be 8,500. I believe we will break 10,000 on late June or early July at the latest. All we can do now is to wait since the cryptocurrency market is full of uncertainties. It doesn't hurt if we wait for a couple of weeks of months as long as we are engaged in a long term investment.

For me seeing bitcoin around $8K-$9K is reasonable. The last bottom was $6K so we have jumped a lot and it's much better to see the price goes up to $10K but too much mental barriers I guess that's why we didn't break it. Day traders are getting their margin of profit as soon as the price is good, the only problem is its domino effect to others. Probably given a month or two, we can see $10K again, but I doubt that we can even break $9K at the end of the month, mores so $10K.

It is very obvious that the bears couldn't break the support at $7800 to $7900 thus enabling the bulls to take over the market, I just hope  that the bulls should sustain the momentum so as to have a rapid increase in the price, some analyst believed that bitcoin price increases over the weekends.

I'm happy though that the bears wasn't able to claw back and shift the sentiments of investors. Scary to see the price goes below $8K, but then again, perfect opportunity to get it and buy cheap bitcoin again. Usually don't we see trading volumes slowing during weekends Asia time, so I don't expect a huge jump in the next couple of days. But I'm glad that we are hovering around $8200-$8300 right now.

Last week ago the price already reached 10k dollars but the rice goes down again at $8000 and last 2 days the price become $7900 but it will back to 8k dollars they have big chance that before end of this month it will back again to 10k dollars.
