I don't have a craze for luxury / sports cars. If BTC reaches $10K, then I'll buy a Toyota Corolla. I'd have bought a Tesla S, but it is too expensive for me at this point of time.

Same here. I'm not a big car guy at all but if I had to get a new car with "new riches", it'd be a Tesla. Gotta be responsible and have a small carbon footprint!

Maybe because I'm a finance guy, but I like to buy assets that will appreciate over time. A car will depreciate as soon as you drive it off the lot. Now, the Tesla S actually may depreciate less than most simple because of the high demand. But I don't think I can ever bring myself to buying a car worth that much. I'd rather spend my BTC "fortune" on traveling the world in style. Maybe myself a Piper and go island hopping.

I would buy a nice bicycle. Much cheaper to run and good exercise. With the money saved I'd go travelling.

This question really depends on when BTC hits 10K. If it was tomorrow then I would buy 2 cars, a Bugatti Veyron and a Mercedes S65 AMG.
If its 10 years from now (which it wont be) then who knows as I have no clue what car will tickle my fancy so far down the road.

BMW E28 or E34, heavy modified. Sometimes, older is better.
