Making a new coin is just copy/paste and adjust some minor parameters.

This won't kill the altcoins, this will flood the market with shitcoins. The good ones still float.

i honestly think this is a good thing. The market was already getting flooded, from now on coins needs to have other qualities not just a different name.

Only on a temporary basis. The main issue is that if a new coin is truly valuable it will have a harder time rising from the shitcoin sea.
