Is the Litecoin Black another hard fork from the Litecoin itself? Or it is the new coin which just based on the Litecoin's aalgorithm and infrastructure? I am a little bit confuse about the coin right now as many coins are doing the fork just to fool someone else and earn money from them......

No ICO, and as for the white paper it's basically identical to Litecoin but Litecoin Black has 30 second faster blocks, 4x the max supply of coins, 10 Minute Difficulty re-target instead of 3 days

You have used debit card as marketing tool by mentioning it at the start of project that's why it will remain primary topic for most questions. Has there anything being revealed who is the credit union as it will make soon two months since the coin started production under mining. If card is just an idea for Q1 and Q2 next year why it has been thrown without information.
