Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Yes, you can be if you work hard and make yourself fit and a good car racer first participate in the local events and show to the world that you are professional so world know you and then you can go for international level.

I can not see any hindrance aside from yourself.
