Lease Begins 1/4/2014 5PM EST and lasts through 2/3/2014 5PM EST.
Agreement to lease 350Khash of scrypt mining power:
Buyer agrees to pay xBTC to miaviator in exchange for 30 days of scrypt mining power rated at 350khash +10%/-10% variance.
Terms:
1. Miaviator will host a dedicated miner with 350Khash of mining power for the buyer for a period not to exceed 30 days.
2. Miaviator will use cgminer with whatever pool(s), multi-pool strategy and specifics the customer provides (within reason)
3. Miaviator will cover all hosting/electric/cooling/network/hardware/maintenance costs.
4. In the event that the miner is unavailable for any reason a refund will be provided to the buyer calculated on an hourly basis (in one hour blocks) based on: contract price / 30 days / 24 hours * hours of downtime = xBTC per hour
5. Solo mining clients may be installed up to (5) clients based on client availability on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS.
6. Pool changes including solo clients will be limited to once per 8 business hour period with up to an 8 business hour delay in implementation. Advanced scripting and pool changing can be discussed and will likely incur a fee (polling an API and solo mining coins with an auto switch feature etc.)
7. The maximum liability for miaviator is limited to the initial purchase price decreasing per hour the purchased hash power is available.
8. Any increase in hashing power will not be considered a breach by either party.
9. Hash per second numbers are as reported by cgminer. The total contract hashing rate is after HW errors are taken into account. Pool rejects/stales/availability are not considered a decrease in the provided hashing power.
10. Change requests will be implemented during business hours defined as 10AM to 6PM EST M-F excluding US holidays. Changes will be implemented within 8 business hours after receipt of the request.
