[Solved -no scam] Is buyahash.com a scam or just treating their customers badly?

A few weeks ago (Dec 10) I bought a 20 port usb hub from buyahash.com. It said (and still says) it is on stock. But since then I heard nothing from buyahash. My order is still in "processing". I wrote tons of emails to get the status of the order but noone bothers to answer.

Is this company a known scam or is it just their usual way to treat customers?

They are not a scam but tend to be a little slow to deliver. Try this email Benjamin Schlichter <benschlichter@gmail.com>; he is the owner I think and has always responded to my emails.

I tried this email too. Twice now (plus the usual daily webform email) and still no answer.

That is the part I really hate about making business with people selling mining equipement. They are reliably unreliable.

Contacted buyer.. Our system showed that he ordered an item that was backordered at the time, thus why we didn't ship to him. We're sending it out via EMS so he gets it in about 3 days.

Hi, I emailed orders at buyahash.com, bounced, I sent an email thru their system and no reply. I ordered on Jan 3rd and my order is still in "processing". When I ordered, it was in stock. How can I get a refund or get the items shipped asap? I ordered specifically from an American vendor to avoid the 20 day China delays

Can anyone help?
