I think PRL will be at $2-$3 before the mainet release on May 29 so check that out. After that I think it will be dump again and it will be hard to go beyond $5 this year. Just my thoughts.

Since February, none of the previous forecasts did not take place. This applies to PRL.
As for SHL, there is no point in inventing anything at all. I got these tokens through the airdrop, and do not expect much from these. I would not buy.

Dont expect too much buddy. The max it can do is $1.25 but it'll definitely pick up once they start the marketing
