Hey i have 2 5850's not in crossfire and im having trouble OCing 1 of them. In ATI CCC it says my second card is disabled and i cant touch it with AfterBurner or anything. But im able to mine with it.

Any help on this?

What version of ATI drivers are you using.  I have had some issue with newer drivers.  When I went back i had a lot better luck.  Also I have seen it where fipping the cards in their slots gave me different results.
