Exchange in other currencies help

I would like to know your opinion about bitcoins4currency.com, i did some transaction there, but i search on google and this site is not big, i had no problem with than, so i would like to know more about other sites to exchange bitcoins in us dollar, on this one the money was in my eWallet in 20 minutes, im looking for other sites who do the same service. i tried on Mtgox and blockchain but it took me more than 12 days to transfer the funds into my account, is there any other site doing this or only this bitcoins4currency one?
