Hi, Bitonbay publishes the 5 mbc fee for withdrawing but after transferring 6500 mbc, when I want to withdraw I have to pay the 10000 mbc fee. I asked for information but they don't reply. Don't use Bitonbay.

I've recently recovered my old BTC account that was unfortunately hacked in May 2019 and I've lost 0.42 BTC but I've had few transactions there in 2017 and I think I should be getting some MBC.

Who knows, all i know is that it sucks contributing to a project and there is such weak engagement or communication from the project owners.
LiteBitcoin is a complete waste, but so many people are mining and i cant understand why if there is no exchange for this coin.
Now MicroBitcoin, amazingly fast ive tested sending and its amazing, but now the wallet i used just doesnt synch anymore it says 5 days behind.

But MBC is already listed on STEX. Of course, it would be nice if there were more exchanges because withdrawal fees and deposit requirements are high. The community didn't grow much after the release, I don't have the knowledge of how many people use and mining MBC, but it shouldn't be that many, so it's difficult to make any progress in terms of adoption.

I purchased some MBC from bitonbay.com and I have not received it into my digital wallet that I downloaded from the google play store. I was able to deposit BTC into the website and I was able to buy the MBC, but when I initiated the withdraw it did not complete and it has been a few months now and when I try to submit a service request it takes me to a page the states DNS error 1000 and I am unable to submit my customer service request. When I log in I can still see my purchased MBC but I can not withdraw it. Can you help me get my MBC that I purchased?
