Well, i'm not using one at the moment but I wrote an api wrapper for BTC-e and was wondering if I should go further than that, or if it would just be an educational experience.

I was also wondering what people thought about them if they had used them so i could get an idea of design that people would like if i did build one.

They can be highly annoying when trading manually.

Why must a bot put a 1 BTC Bid 1 cent above my 0.01 BTC Bid within seconds, every single time?

My orders hardly ever get filled.

I don't think it is profitable behavior either, by the bot. It's not like that my 0.01 BTC bid matters in the grand scheme of things, but still this bot reacts to me.

yeah, I don't think that would end well..

if someone had a working non-scam one in his possesion I doubt he would just give it away..

I only seen two of them so far.

1. a PHP script some fellow wrote https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=391630.0
2. and this on satoshi box, http://satoshibox.com/52ca0d4d4c347b6c240041a7
that im tempted to buy... the last thing I picked up on satoshibox, turned out ok...  ill wait and build up a few ltc first, and see.

both are interesting vehicles, as arbitrage is the only real way to make money around here these days unless you are a pool op or programmer.
