Nextcoin/NXT: Anyone able to deposit into DGEX?

I know they are a small team dealing with a lot of demands. But has anyone been able to deposit into DGEX?

I deposited 12 days ago right after creating an account.
It did not show up until today. I got no reply from the
customer service form on the web site, nor any from an email to admin.

I was finally able, thankfully, to get it back off the site, minus "fees", and it won't be going back.


I since read stuff I should have read first, but just fyi, from their terms and conditions:


   "Once a deposit is made, the funds transferred become the property of DGEX.com and
    the client can hold no claim for the funds displayed on their DGEX.com account..."


   "Refund Policy: While DGEX.com is aiming for bona fide operationability, there are no refunds.
   All deposits are considered final purchases of digital tokens within the DGEX.com database only."
