I know that a lot of people use cryptsy everyday without problems, but i know that somebody has been less lucky and have had problems with it.

In the next days, i'm going to start to use cryptsy, and i have two questions:

1)If i only deposit my coins, is there any risk??

2)Does anyone have lost permanently his coins?

Thanks, and, i'm really sorry for my bad english. Hope you can understand what i've wrote

No problem with cryptsy, I only trade on Cryptsy and BTC-e. They can be trusted.

They can be trusted, but they're very slow to react shall you have any kind of problem – in my case it took several days to resolve negative balance glitch and trading was suspended until the last moment. I also had missing coins from order cancellation which took approximately 5 hours to appear.

Personnaly I've lost 0.36 BTC on it they first replied but never fixed the problem and now they don't even bother to answer anymore so I wouldn't advise Cryptsy. That was my second transaction on Cryptsy only and on my first I had another problem (negative balance) so there are regularly problems on this site I guess (I heard a lot of stories from others too).
Bad support/site so...

My last IXC deposit to Cryptsy took ~40 hours to show up, and my last DVC deposit is 21 hours late and still counting. They even spent the DVC from the deposit address long ago, yet no sign of it in my account.

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?
