Missed Out On 50 Coins Because Im A Newbie!

Gabi. There is no blame. I have run forums before without newbie restrictions, so this is new although i can imagine sensible in some circumstances. I was just suggesting that perhaps a direct email on signup to the forum - an autoresponder - would have alleviated the potential for this to arise again. I dont see why you are being so hostile, its not a criticism. Im pleased to be a member and support Someone has posted for me which I am grateful for, and it was my own fault for not looking or understanding the rules, so much to do, so little time - its much like picking up GTA5 and doing a tutorial after completing all the other games

Most people don't read the T&Cs to be honest, but they're pretty short on here, but I know most people just skip straight past as they're excited to start posting or go straight to the giveaways  .

Actually it is stopping tons of  bots, spammers and scammers, wich is important in a place were people deal with sound money. Very important. Imagine bots auto-registering tons of accounts and instantly spamming their shit everywhere

Newbie Restrictions
You can only post in the Newbie and Local sub-forums till you have made one post and waited 4 hours. This post must be substantial: at least several sentences. The other two restrictions are you need 1 post to be able to send a PM and 10 posts to put a link in your sig.  You can only post once every 360 seconds to start and there are a few other things that trigger this timer such as logging in and searching.
