Hi, I'm kunwon1, and I run the faucet bot (named, appropriately, faucet) in the Quark IRC channel (##quark) on irc.freenode.net - it's been operating for some weeks now in an alpha testing capacity. I think it's 'time', so I've released it publicly on github under the Eiffel Forum License (GPL compatible, OSI and FSF approved) (The same license under which Willie is released: Willie is a python IRC bot framework that faucet is built upon)
This will (read: should) work with any bitcoin/altcoin software which supports the bitcoin RPC API.
