No offense, but you are asking Ebay prices for these miners. There are group buys on this forum selling for .075 each plus they ship from EU and US.

and actually everyone lowered their price to .07 because of the difficulty increase.   So now we can get 10 for the price this guy wants for 5.

0.35BTC is much more reasonable.  I would take this offer except it would still cost more to set up escrow than to buy new from a well trusted grouper.  Here have a free bump good luck.

For the 5 Antminer USB, you have to plug in the first one, run cgminer and then plug in the others one by one, or the cgminer just runs with error. So, the first share is found by the first miner and is always showing there, just doesn't disappear.
If you worry something, escrow is acceptable. I provided ASICMINER usbs, blades, cubes, Antminers here successfully. All went well.
