Most ICOs allow contributors to register to be whitelisted for token pre-sales so you just need to read whitepapers and other documentation about the ICOs that you are interested to be whitelisted for the pre-sale. How ever most pre-sales has minimum investment requirements that may be too steep for the ordinary investor, for example today I received an email from NurseToken.io asking me to participate in their pre-sale but the minimum contribution is 25k.
