Somewhat normal hash rate, but very low accept and wu

Hello dear fellow miners...

Hopefully someone can educate me as I'm currently baffled over this. 

What is going on, I would expect a thousands of accepted shares and a work unit of around 600.

The hash rate is somehow okay (not the best, but...) , in my understanding it is imperative to have many accepted shares or?
