New Twitter Account, follow now!

@UFOCoins

The account will be updated frequently, new site coming soon too.

That's cool. Are we going to have a new website too? Or only Twitter?

Twitter and New Site too. But we thought it was more important to focus just on development. Wallets are done Smiley

The new site will be done this week.

New Wallet 0.8.0 Mandatory Please Update (Miners, Exchanges, Pool Owners)

Fork incoming at block 33479. Difficulty retargets at 40 blocks, reduced history factor to 2.

Remember to backup your wallet.dat before upgrades and also for security of your past coins.

Spekske:
you must update pool, source link coming
since block 33479 old daemon or old wallets cannot be used
we are now at block 33408, so it takes about 15 hours to reach fork

Compiled and ready to go  Grin Downtime should be less than 5 minutes at change-over.

The wallet yes, but I need to update the p2pool at dutchpool.org, that requires a tiny bit more work  Grin

Just spent my last BTC and Scooped up total of 1,765,000 UFO , mostly all at 7 satoshi range.
with Current hashrate they can't drop more then that value-wise.
New fork/wallet/website coming this  can easily increase in value 50-100X if we gain some publicity! Could be the next moon/kitteh which jumped 100X in value overnight Cheesy

I am a little worried about the network hasrate, currently it is around 6mh with about half a dozen ppl mining. This worries me that all of this hardwork might be a little too late

Once pools have updated clients and manteniance I will make new thread. I want to make the new thread when it's better for new people to come and all be ready for them. Hopefully tomorrow we will have a new thread with all the necessary info with new pools, etc.

Then hashrate/price will increase of course. This has been a lot of work need to rest for a while.
