I think we should wait a bit and Saronite team should release Whitepaper when it totally finished.
Of course, after releasing, the team can keep adjusting their ideas over time, but I don't see reason to publish it when it has been under-developed.

I am interested in coins implementing the cryptonight heavy algo. I don't see the max supply anywhere or any other specs for the coin other than the algo. I like that is going to power an exchange, there's various projects implementing that concept right now such as pure, sugar exchange, tokpie, etc. Competition is overwhelming but because everyone knows this is where the money is at. Is it going to be a decentralised exchange?

They are altering it so that there is not an increase in dispersal over time. The community voted a while back and it was concluded that it would be better to have a simple taper rather than over time ramping up.
