Barcoin.EXE Crashes on Launch

Hiya! I've been following this tutorial to try and build the Barcoin source (a copy of Litecoin), and I downloaded all the dependencies, compiled them, and ran the makefile in the Barcoin src folder. It created the EXE file, but when I try and run it, it crashes. I also made sure to download the correct dependency versions for the Barcoin, and not Bitcoin. I'm NOT building with QT... Just command line. Any help? Thanks!

What exactly did you follow , because I'm having the same issue would be nice if you can detail.
