Mining is no 3rd gen.
Consider proof of burn.

Oh, giving aways XYZ for $$$ and ฿฿฿ is 3rd gen. So 3rd gen is NXT.

I never said what 3rd gen is... 'said what isn't.

NXT is scam-smelly.

Sometimes smart people say dumb things...

"I think there is a world market for maybe five computers."
1943 Thomas Watson, Chairman of IBM

Obviously you cant listen to all your critics or there will cease to be improvement and innovation.

I'm starting to find this very windy...
Maybe I'm losing my time writting to you.

The probability that big company such as Google, Microsoft, HP, etc will accord you an exclusive contract seem extremely low.
Also their intent might be quite different from what we see emerging around here.
The fact that you can buy drugs more easily & discretely thanks to Satoshi Nakamoto "isn't a big deal".
But change the name to Google, 'huge problem may arise.
Would Google really wish the common to have even more anonymity? when they make money on people's data?

Also your non-disclosure agreement:
On what sort of thing would this be?
You have to be conscious people around here value deeply free information, ideas sharing, open source, etc.
Plus, I doubt you would pay a flight ticket just to sign a paper.
A paper that might have pretty much no serious guarantee nor effect, as there is no worldwide government.
How can you be sure a guy living in Taiwan will respect this non-discolure agreement sign in the US?
You will have to be very convincing about it.

If you are serious and not just delusional, I invite you to read this post of mine:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=395761.msg4363726#msg4363726
It will show you the kind of quality I can provide.
If that's not what you're looking for, 'well, best of luck to your project. Gonna need it.
You will have to learn to be more clear and precise about everything.

haven't decided on anyone for the development team.  Have several people interested, also evaluating what time commitment it will mean for myself...  The NDA was an idea... I was thinking of this development team as a trust, where ideas could be shared w/o the fear of someone having a good idea and another team member running off with it and making money off said idea.

Looking for candid discussions, without the fear of IP theft, that MAY lead to something big.

I have not read your post yet... but I will.

Maybe you intention is good, but nowadays, it is about the community, and sharing it.

Bitcoin was a Proof of Concept 5 years ago and it has some flaws.

I can also proposed the Ultimate Coin, which is the Hybrid of Proof of Work (POW) + Proof of Stake(POS) + the ability for sender in include a short message of data into the block chain.

This ultimate coin will reward the miners with POW and also stake holders when 50% mined.

It will not be vulnerable to 51% attack as you need the Network 51% Hash Power and 51% Stake for double spend, which is almost impossible.

Sender have the option to include a 32 digit alpha numeric code for transaction reference which will be great for banking industry.

The number of coins must be in Billions to reduce the value of the currency or a predetermined difficulty to control the mining of the coins.

There shall be a mechanism where the Big Miners and Small miners can mine it equally in order to be fair for all players and keep the currency decentralized and the whole community profits from it and not few individuals.
