I am trying to get mining with two Sapphire R9 290x's on Xubuntu 12.04 using cgminer.

I've followed multiple guides...finally reaching the point where I run the command "./cgminer -n" and this is the resulting message....

root@miner:/opt/CGMINER/cgminer-3.7.2# ./cgminer -n
 [2014-01-05 19:18:34] CL Platform 0 vendor: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
 [2014-01-05 19:18:34] CL Platform 0 name: AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing
 [2014-01-05 19:18:34] CL Platform 0 version: OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (1214.3)
 [2014-01-05 19:18:34] Error -1: Getting Device IDs (num)
 [2014-01-05 19:18:34] clDevicesNum returned error, no GPUs usable

I just flat out cannot figure this problem out. I have all the latest drivers (catalyst, adl sdk, app sdk) and cgminer builds just find and reports as it should when built.

Running the command "aticonfig --lsa" shows me :

root@miner:/opt/CGMINER/cgminer-3.7.2# aticonfig --lsa
* 0. 01:00.0 AMD Radeon R9 290 Series
  1. 03:00.0 AMD Radeon R9 290 Series

* - Default adapter

I can also check temps and clocks with other aticonfig commands...

I'm really stumped on this one, and I'm offering a small BTC reward for anybody who can help me get this rig running correctly and reliably.

Thanks for your time.
