A properly secured wallet with bitcoin is in my opinion the safest, most secure, best all-around bet for holding wealth at this moment in history. Go ahead, call me crazy. They've been calling me crazy since 2013. https://churchofbitcoin.org/

why don't you just turn it on and find out for yourself? it's an AMD CPU that you have. how can anyone tell by just looking at it and not finding out what the model numbers are (besides the mobo).

Well thank you Mr. Beetcoin for your valuable input. Having no power supply is currently the obstacle preventing me from turning it on. I have already googled all the numbers and other markings I could find on it, the motherboard is an A7N8X, the gpu is a hd3850... i was just hoping somebody might recognize the case or have some prior knowledge about this computer. Additionally I was hoping somebody would have a power supply that fits it and would be willing to part with it for some tiny sum in btc.

The only marking on the case is S/N 248063 ... nowhere does it identify a manufacturer

The power supply was removed to prevent the observation that nothing in the box is a working part.
"It's probably a simple fix" = I fixed several computers and here's all the leftover broken stuff.

That computer is good for one thing, about 1/10 gram of tantalum and 1/1000th ton of scrap steel. Recycling places here that fix up computers give out socket 775 Pentium 4s + only. 1. Socket Type Intel 775 - Retain in Pre-test Storage. AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3, Phenom - Retain in Pre-test Storage. Intel other than 775 (including 478) - Automatic Recycle. AMD other than AM2/AM2+/AM3 (e.g., 939, 754, socket 5, socket 6, etc.) - Automatic Recycle. Non-Intel or AMD (e.g., Cryix, VIA, etc.) - Automatic Recycle. Non-desktop system processors (e.g., laptops, servers [Intel Xeon, AMD 940, etc.], etc.) - Automatic Recycle.
Intel socket 775 - Core 2 Duo - Retain for Testing. Pentium Dual-Core - Retain for Testing. Pentium D - Retain for Testing. Pentium 4 - Automatic Recycle. Celeron and Celeron D - Automatic recycle.
AMD sockets 939, & AM2/AM2+/AM3 - Athlon II - Retain for Testing Phenom - Retain for Testing. Athlon 64 X2 - Retain for Testing. Athlon 64 - Automatic Recycle. Opteron - Automatic Recycle. Sempron - Automatic Recycle.

alright, you guys got me.. it's a completely useless computer. less than $100.. could probably still be used by someone really power, or possibly as an HTPC.
