Okay. Because of this, I'll make an exception for the first buyer to only release escrow once item has been delivered. First buyer has to have a trusted transaction history.
I might consider changing the escrow policy. The reason why am I asking people to release escrow after tracking number has been delivered is because people can just say they didn't receive the item once it has been delivered.

Okay guys I'm getting more and more offers. This is what I'm going to do; For the first 5 buyers, I expect you to release escrow once the item reaches your HOME ( It doesn't matter whether you're shipping to your own home or reship. ) After the first 5 buyers, I would expect escrow to be released once you received the tracking number. Also, orders will be made after orders. For example, the first order has to be finalized (Item reached customer's home) before the second order will be processed. I won't be doing multiple orders together because this takes time. I will also put up a queue list. This is to build up trust because people don't trust me yet. I wouldn't want to do escrow to your home after the first 5 because I have to wait a long time to receive the money, furthermore, it is possible for people to say they didn't receive anything.
