Interbit Lotto.com

The new site is finished, with a new design!

Draws will be done weekly on Tuesdays 7PM GMT. Tickets 0.25BTC to allow for bigger jackpots and instant wins.

The draw is no longer done based on the Take 5 Lottery, instead its done by a new method using an MD5 hash of the winning number, which can be confirmed at the end of the round for 100% transparency!

Each ticket bought has a 1 in 10 chance of winning your money back instantly, and 1 in 500 chance of winning the rolling jackpot.

Jackpot is now 80% of the pot total, with the rest going towards the instant wins, rolling jackpot, and future prizes!

Thanks

Joe

In response to a post on the previous thread before you locked it:

Who won round 4??
I did, and won the amount specified (3.15 BTC).  No clue who the smallpot winner was though.

Just putting this out there to show that he does pay out and isn't cheating anyone.

Thanks and well done.

Im making big changes tonight that will take affect in about 6 hours. the winners will be displayed with transaction logs for all previous rounds.

I will also change the way it works, no more lottery draw, but another transparent method involving a hash of a large number being displayed, and then at the end the number that created the hash, which is the winning number, it will be mixed with the number of tickets sold to make it even more secure that i cannot know the result as i wont know how many tickets will sell

Looks like I'm one of the first brave enough to try out this new lottery! :P

I'll report back the results.

How much does the house take?

80% jackpot for now, 10% goes back into instant wins (currently win back the ticket price), and 5% the rolling jackpot which will go up each deposit untill someone wins it. 5% you could say goes to the house, but im not looking for any profit from this, I just need it to pay for a VPS server to run it, anything addional I will put back into bonuses

im not sure, found the problem was down to a > that was suppose to be a <  Grin

Im working on a brilliant project at the moment. Addictive and with upto 20x payouts. will be popular i think when it starts.

As for the lotto, i will fix and put it back up soon, but bit unsure as its quite hard to get people to play them. slow moving.
