Use wallet.zenithcoin.com to get a ZTC address.
Once it is listed in coinedup you may sell for BTC.
The coin is in fact quite rare, only 2 million coins have been created by mining for over 6 months.
So 100 ZTC is likely to fetch you a lot more than 100 DOGE.
